BirdLife South Africa, together with Orms, will be hosting the Oceans of Life (OoL) Photography Workshop, where wildlife and underwater photographers Chris Fallows and Jean Tresfon will explain several aspects of wildlife photography. Chris Fallows will give insights into getting close to a subject, as well as taking wildlife photos in a terrestrial and marine environment. Jean Tresfon will give the tips and tricks of underwater photography. Lastly, both photographers will draw from their personal experiences and discuss how photo competitions are judged, what makes a winning photograph and what common mistakes entrants make, using images from the Oceans of Life Photographic Competition as examples.
