Built-in to this ground-breaking Nikon Z50 Mirrorless Camera is a large 20.9MP DX CMOS Sensor that ensures that whenever you are taking photos, that superb image quality will be delivered, regardless of you being in low light, the camera will still be able to perform well when capturing images or when recording video. Added to the construction is the powerful EXPEED 6 Image Processor that ensures the compact body is capable of performing all its high-end functions such as, recording beautiful UHD 4K video, an impressive Hybrid Autofocus (AF) System that’s been adopted from the Z6 & Z7 body to capture fast moving subjects and for a brilliant 11 fps when continuously capturing images.
The Nikon Z50 Mirrorless Camera is also capable of recording striking 4K UHD @ 30fps video wherever you go, and even time-lapse, 1080p slow-motion, filters, effects and so much more that you can add on to create beautiful stories.
The Nikon Z50 camera sports an intelligent Hybrid Autofocus System that’s advanced enough to lock onto the subjects eye and keep focus, even when the subject is in motion; and features 209 focus points for an incredible wide AF coverage of 87% horizontal and 85% vertically.
Nikon extends its range of the Z range, ensuring that all Z-mount lenses will fit on the Nikon Z50 Mirrorless Camera. Thanks to the Z-mount, the Z50 from Nikon will work with all the cutting-edge NIKKOR Z lenses, along with approx. 360 compatible DSLR lenses when utilising the optional FTZ Mount Adapter.
The design of the Nikon Z50 Camera sports a large 3.2-inch Tilting LCD Screen, making it perfect for vloggers to record themselves, and great for framing the perfect selfie. The touchscreen also makes it so much easier, and provides a smooth operation to users, especially for getting quicker to a specific setting or when for framing the desired shot.
Incorporated into the Z50 Mirrorless Camera is a stunning high-resolution 0.39-inch, approx. 2360k-dot (XGA) OLED Electronic Viewfinder that offers incredible colour balance and auto and 7-levels of manual brightness controls. The viewfinder is designed to automatically activate when bringing the camera to your eye.
The Nikon Z50 Mirrorless Camera features a secure grip to the body along with intelligently arranged buttons to provide a smooth and comfortable operation. The grip upper grip shape has specifically been designed for a firm hold, allowing a smooth flow of the finger reaching the shutter-release button while holding the camera.
Youre not limited of just capturing ordinary photos. However, the Z50 Camera from Nikon allows you to be so much more creative with 20 different filters and effects to get a certain mood-setting. The Z50 includes 20 high quality Creative Picture Controls and 10 Special Effects, which can all be previewed at any time in real-time. Additionally, these settings can be applied to both photos and videos.
The Nikon Z50 Mirrorless Digital Camera features a really compact design, with an extremely lightweight body allowing you to transport it wherever you go. The stylish Z50 body from Nikon is still designed around Nikons revolutionary Z mount, meaning that still a large amount of light will enter the lens for vivid imagery, sharpness, contrast, and impressive focusing speed.
