Large 1”-inch 20.1MP MOS sensor

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000 II features a large 20.1MP 1-inch MOS sensor. Each individual pixel on the sensor is physically larger than those of the conventional 1/2.3 , this gives a wider surface area for each pixel to capture light and provides much greater image and video quality across the board.

Leica DC Lens 25-400mm f/2.8-4.0 16x zoom lens

The Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ 1000 II camera's Leica DC lens provides excellent from its 16x zoom 25-400mm (35mm equivalent) focal range, and great light performance from its fast f/2.8-4.0 aperture. Optical quality is exceptional, despite its size, thanks to a complex lens construction and an array of special lens elements which include 4 ED lenses and 5 aspherical lenses with 8 aspherical surfaces. Aspherical lens elements reduces the size and weight of the lens, while also preventing spherical and distortion aberration; while Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) lens elements corrects chromatic aberration; rendering sharp, high-contrast images with clear colours from corner to corner.

4K QFHD (3840 x 2160) 100Mbps video at 30p

The Panasonic FZ1000 II is able to record Ultra High Definition 4K QFHD (3840 x 2160) video at 30p, in stereo sound, and with a high bit rate of 100Mbps in a MP4 file format. 4K is the latest standard in high definition video and features 4 times more pixels than Full HD.

Full-HD recording with 120 fps readout at 30p

Want to slow down fast moving action? No problem, the Panasonic Lumix FZ 1000 II has the ability to record Full HD 1080p video at blistering sensor read frame-rates of up to 120 frames per second. These videos are stored at a slowed down speed in a 30p frame rate.

5-axis HYBRID in-camera image stabilisation for video

The Panasonic Lumix FZ1000 II features in-body 5-axis image stabilisation that compensates for yaw, pitch, roll, vertical shift, and horizontal shift camera shake when recording Full HD or HD videos (Not available in 4K).

Post Focus Function

Built-in to the amazing Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ1000 II Digital Camera is Panasonic's 4K technology that allows you to shoot now and to focus right after you take your shot. Easily select the in-focus area after shooting your your prefered image with the post focus function, and you'll be able to focus wherever you want to on your image until you happy.
