The Nikon P950 lens features a mind-blowing optical zoom range of 24-2000mm (35mm equivalent). This will allow you to shoot both close subjects and distant subjects not even visible to the naked eye. If you lose sight of your subject while zoomed in, press the Snap-Back Zoom button for a quick zoomed-out view, find your subject again and then release the button, the lens will zoom right back in and you can continue with shooting.

The P950 lens features a highly advanced 5.5 stop optical vibration reduction system. This will allow you to shoot handheld at speeds up to 32 times slower than non-stabilised (non-VR) systems, and helps capture steady videos and sharp, blur free pictures in low light and when zoomed in.

16 Megapixel low light sensor.

The P950 features a large 16MP CMOS sensor with a light sensitivity range of 100 to 12800 ISO. The High megapixel count helps to capture exceptionally fine detail, and the high sensitivity allows you to capture clear pictures at night or in low light. Please note that 12800 ISO is only available when shooting in monochrome mode
