We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join the Orms Marketing team.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for all things social, thrive on engagements and interactions with a growing social community and love bringing new and exciting content ideas to life.

Brand Voice Ambassador: You’ll be the maestro of our brand’s online persona. From crafting engaging content to managing our social media accounts, you'll ensure every post, tweet, and update is in harmony with our brand’s voice and vision.
Strategic Mindset: Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance and execute a cohesive brand strategy. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our social content not only sparkles with creativity but also aligns seamlessly with our overall marketing objectives.
Budget & Analytics Wizardry: Bring your A-game in managing budgets for paid media campaigns and wow us with your analytical prowess. This would include regular, detailed reports on the performance of our content channels and the ROI of our social media investments.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the growth strategy for the Orms social platforms
- Working closely with our Junior Social Coordinator and the greater marketing team to conceptualize and produce YouTube, social content and Instagram Reels
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team on campaigns from conception to implementation
- Tracking and analyzing the overall social, content and paid performance and compiling monthly reports with key insights & strategic recommendations
- Be in the loop with the latest social trends, innovations and developments and bring new ideas to the table for our platforms
- Help to deliver a consistent brand experience across all platforms and pro-actively increase growth, engagement, social traffic and traffic to the website
- Make recommendations on the most impactful and cost-effective assets for digital platforms
- Maintain relationships with collaborators and highlight new opportunities for collaboration within our social communities
- Management of all social budgets and the implementation of all paid and organic social campaigns
Our ideal candidate has:
- A good working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager is a must, as well as experience with X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube in a business capacity
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a social-focused role
- Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences
- Proven paid social experience – specifically optimizing ROI, lead generation, and audience retargeting
- A passion for photography, content creation and curation
- Strong creative writing skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A hard working, determined and can-do attitude
- Advantageous: Experience within a Retail environment on a social level

GENERAL FRAMER (FITTING ROOM)
Job Title: General Framer (Fitting Room)
Department: Orms Framing
Reporting To: Framing Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Mounting artworks of high value
- Final checking and full completion of frames
- Artwork preparation & handling
- General framing workshop assistance (incl, cutting, joining, sanding, cleaning)
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Grade 12
INHERENT/SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS TO DO THE JOB:
- Experience in framing production – minimum 5 years
- Experience with mounting artwork
- Experience with general cutting and joining
- An experienced hand to handle paper and artwork of all kinds
SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Mounting of artworks
- Full fitment and completion of framed artworks – from fitment to hanging
- Prepping and trimming of a variety of substrates from paper to aluminium, Perspex, wood, etc.
- General factory workshop assistance including cleaning, cutting, preparation, wrapping, etc.

USED GEAR AND RENTALS LIAISON
Job Title: Used Gear and Rentals Liaison
Based At: ORMS Cape Town
Reporting To: Used Gear & Rentals Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Receiving and dispatching Rental Items
- Packing and cleaning of all rental gear
- Creating rental bookings and quotes
- Booking equipment in for repairs/service
- Advising clients on gear suitability and availability.
- Firmware updates
- Ensuring payments are done and correctly allocated
- Helping out with all Used gear related duties. i.e. (packing display shelf,
organising purchased items, removing items from website, Loading items
on the website) - Checking and testing of potential trade ins as well as sensor cleans.
- Keeping up to date with the latest gear and specification.
- Attending training sessions by suppliers.
- Working with the rental team across the company to grow the rental
department in the area and establish ORMS as the go to for any rental
related inquiries.

Clients will rely on you to guide them on their requirements for gear and advise while making sure renting gear is the last thing they need to worry about before their shoot. CREATE & PRINT MANAGER
Job Title: Create & Print Manager
Based At: ORMS Cape Town
ROLE PURPOSE:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Create & Print Manager to lead and coordinate the entire print production and customer service process within our vibrant Orms C&P team. This role combines customer liaison, production scheduling, team management, and quality control to ensure a seamless print experience from order to delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONS & WORKFLOW
- Manage and prioritise daily print production schedules across department.
- Ensure offline and online orders are processed accurately and timeously.
- Perform quality checks on print files and final outputs.
- Monitor production efficiency, reduce errors, and improve workflow systems.
- Communicate job status updates and delays with clients and teams.
- Responsible for conducting regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory records and support effective stock control.
- Generally responsible to keep operating costs to a minimum
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Act as the contact for client complaints and queries.
- Support clients with file uploads, product selections and software issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and problem-solving.
- Handle complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism.
ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
- Process payments, invoices, delivery notes and credit notes.
- Manage leave approvals, appraisals and clocking in times.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, issues, maintenance, stock and daily job tracking.
EQUIPMENT & MAINTENANCE

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7 years in print production or a similar print/admin role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

- A proven ability to manage production processes in a production environment
- Proven responsibility and accountability characteristics
- Experience with print software (Taopix, IQ, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
