With a fine-tuning knob built-in, it ensures an easy balancing process and its been added for the tilt axis to move the camera forward or backward precisely, even down to the millimeter. With Teflon-coated components, the DJI RS 3 Pro can easily be balanced with less friction and lower resistance, even when mounting a heavy camera to the gimbal.

Automated Axis Locks

With automated axis locks implemented, you'll be able to get up and running instantly on the Ronin-S 3 Pro gimbal. While the gimbal is powered off, press and hold the power button, and the three axes unlock while the gimbal expands automatically, making it really convenient for creators to start working within seconds. Once you finish creating stunning footage, simply just hit the power button once, and the axes automatically locks and enters into sleep mode, making transportation and travel significantly more efficient, and when holding the power button in it will fold and lock automatically.

Wireless Shutter Control

DJI has implemented Dual-Mode Bluetooth, allowing the RS 3 Pro Gimbal to support wireless shutter control. With this implemented, you'll save time and effort with every use as you'll be able to control video and photo shooting by easily pressing the record button on the stabilizer. Previously paired cameras can automatically reconnect after the first use, eliminating the need for a camera control cable.

Sleek Carbon Fiber Construction

The DJI RS 3 Pro gimbal arms are constructed from layered sheets of uncut carbon fiber, just like the Ronin 2. This ensures that the construction is much lighter and stronger than the jointed carbon fiber material that's used on the RS 2, increasing stiffness and lowering weight to cope with even more demanding shooting environments.

LiDAR Assistance

DJI has simplified the RS 3 Pro's focusing by implementing the Ronin 4D's LiDAR focusing technology. The new LiDAR Range Finder (RS) can easily project 43 200 ranging points within a 14 meter distance. It also features a built-in camera with an equivalent focal length of 30mm and a wide FOV of 70°, making it suitable for most scenarios.

All-New Focus Motor

The all-new Focus Motor built-in, provides three times stronger (up to 1 N·m) and reduces audible noise by 50%. This ensures a smoother focusing experience and reduces the effect on audio recording. The motor also adopts a quick-release structure, allowing it to be assembled easily without any tools for faster use.

Enables Cinematic Autofocus

With the pairing of LiDAR Range Finder and the latest Focus Motor, it also ensures that it delivers cinematic autofocus on manual lenses. Simply press the M button once on the gimbal to quickly switch between manual focus and autofocus to meet your needs for both modes without any hassles.

ActiveTrack Pro

With the next-generation ActiveTrack Pro technology incorporated into the DJI RS 3 Pro, the tracking has never been more accurate or responsive. It can directly read images from the camera built into the LiDAR Range Finer, with no need for the Ronin Image Transmitter (previously known as the Ronin RavenEye Image Transmitter).
