The Rode NT1 Signature Series Large-Diaphragm Condenser Microphone includes the same warm, silky sonic character, making the Rode NT 1 series the go-to large-diaphragm microphone. With an incredibly low self-noise of 4 dBA and a high SPL handling of 142 dB, the Rode NT1 Signature Series is designed to produce a classic sounding studio sound for a large range of applications from vocals to content creation.
The Rode FH6 1" true condenser capsule is designed to offer a smooth frequency response along with high sensitivity. The cardioid pattern picks up sound from the front of the capsule, this assists in avoiding unwanted noise from being picked up which is vital for podcasting and content creation. The NT1 Signature Series includes a 50cm XLR cable, an SM6 shockmount and pop filter, and a dust cover.
Internally Shock-Mounted 1" HF6 Cardioid Condenser Capsule
The Rode NT1 Signature Series Large-Diaphragm Condenser Microphone 1" gold-sputtered HF6 capsule is covered with a protective mesh grill. This is designed to provide a detailed midrange response with smooth highs and warm bass. The cardioid polar pattern focuses audio capture on the source in front of the mic, picking up less unwanted ambient sound from the back and sides.
The Rode NT 1 Signature transducer is suspended inside the microphone itself. This is using Rycote's Lyre system to minimise external vibrations at the capsule level. The NT1 Signature Series is an incredibly quiet microphone, measuring only 4 dBA of self-noise.
The Rode NT1 Signature Series Large-Diaphragm Condenser Microphone is powered by phantom power through the XLR connector.
Bundled Accessories
The Rode NT1 Signature Series comes with the Rode SM6 Shock Mount with Detachable Pop Filter, this is a studio-grade suspension shockmount designed to provide isolation from external factors causing unwanted noise to enter the capsule, these include plosives and vibrations in the microphone.
Included, you will also find one balanced 50cm XLR cable and a dust cover to make transport and storage easy.
