    The Rode VXLR+ 3.5mm TRS Female to XLR Male Adapter with Phantom Power Converter is designed to convert a microphone adapter with a 3.5mm TRS connector to the XLR connectors found on professional cameras, recorders, or mixer.

    12 to 48V phantom power is also converted down to 3 to 5V plug-in power, this allows your lavalier, headset, and shotgun mics to receive power from an XLR connector.
