Rental Ts and Cs Summary
Our Rental gear is subject to our full terms and conditions provided on the link below. A rental account needs to be created and approved before any rentals can take place. The rental application takes two working days to process. All rental gear is automatically covered by insurance and is included in the price of the rental. All pricing given is inclusive of Vat. In the case of theft or damage there will be an excess payable as set out in our terms and conditions according to the replacement or repair cost of the item. Any Items on loan or rented under the repairs discount structure is not covered under the insurance agreement and is up to the user to insure.
Rental gear is charged as a Daily rate based on the ORMS operating hours. Collections can be done any time between 13:00 and 17:00 the day before your rental and returns are before 10:00 the day after your rental. This way you are only charged for the day that the gear is being used. Should your collection fall on a Friday after 13:00 the return will be moved to Monday before 10:00 and we will still only charge for a one-day rental. Saturday collections can be done between 09:00 and 13:00 and will be booked for returned on Monday morning before 10:00. Complete payment needs to be done before or on collection. All eft payments need to reflect in the Orms account before gear will be released. Payments can be made on collection via card in store. No refunds will be done for early return unless otherwise arranged and payment for all extensions will be due upon return of the equipment. Should there be any other additional payments outstanding in the event of loss or damage the payment will be required upon return of the gear. For full terms and conditions please see the link below.
