Job Title: Marketing Coordinator & Copywriter

This dual-role position involves:
- Crafting copy that aligns with the brand across all of our digital channels including social media, the Orms connect blog, newsletters and for media releases as required.
- Assisting with the coordination of Orms marketing activities and campaigns; including event planning, project timeline management and PR efforts.
Copywriter & PR Coordinator
Copywriting
- Create all marketing copy, including newsletters, ads, website banners, in-store posters, brochures, etc.
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for websites, blogs, emails, advertisements, brochures, and press releases.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop copy that complements visual elements and aligns with the retail and marketing objectives of the campaigns
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Create SEO-optimised content for the Orms blog to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s website
- Ensure content is promoted through the relevant Orms channels to ensure traffic to the blog
- Report on the analytics of the blog to drive strategy for future content and ensure KPI’s for the channel are being adhered to
- Remain up to date with current trends in the photographic and art industries to produce content which is engaging with our audience.
PR Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitch stories to media outlets where required and where budget is available
- Monitor media coverage through our media monitoring service (Hello Peter, Newsclip & Google Business) and compile reports on media mentions, Google reviews, PR campaign effectiveness, and public sentiment.
Marketing Coordinator
- Assist with the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, web, print, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing strategies
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches including budget coordination, vendors, event set ups and media and influencer attendance
- Manage event registration, attendee communication and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to maximise impact and ROI
- Maintain a database of event contacts for future events and collaborations
- Assist the Marketing Manager with multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and the competitive landscape to strategize on competitions and collaborations which drive the brand objectives
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the stock and ordering of marketing materials including promotional items as well as in store signage as required
- Sponsorships: Evaluation and execution of regional sponsorship requests.

Job Title: General framer specialising in: Mount Cutting and Pasting
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- All mount cuts required for production.
- All pastings required for production.
- Reading, understanding and executing worksheets as per instructions.
- Monitoring stock in department and alerting management of low stock levels.
- Managing stock – use offucts, and old stock before ordering new stock.
- Making sure that orders are completed on time.
- Maintaining a tidy working environment, this includes your work station and any other space you may work in.
- Handiling fragile and expensive artworks.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB:

- Experience in framing production particularily in cutting mounts and pasting artwork.
- Experience handling fragile and expensive artworks.
- Experience and understanding of all areas around cutting mounts, pasting artworks and working with a press.
SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for cutting mounts that enter production. Included in this is making sure that all mounts and artworks are not damaged or of an inferior quality.
- Responsible for all pastings that enter production, included in this is pasting block mounts.
- Making sure that all orders are processed on time and to the correct specifications.
- Bringing any production related problems to management’s attention as soon as they arise, to avoid causing delays and missing deadlines.
- Making sure that all instructions are followed on worksheets. If this cannot be done, flag this immediately with management.
- Managing stock via weekly stock takes and flagging any low stock items with management. Also, by scanning the weeks production requirements, you should be able to predict what will be required in that week, and not need to make urgent orders the day before something is due.
