Definitely a binocular thats been carefully designed to fend of anything that mother nature throws at it; as it features Bushnells patented EXO Barrier lens coating. Molecularly bonded to the glass to repel water, oil, fog, debris, and dust; and mainly, it has an IPX7 Waterproof Construction that features O-ring sealed optics that are dry inside.

Construction Details
The Bushnell 8x42 Forge Binoculars features a lead-free glass construction in a lightweight durable magnesium body.
Nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed construction ensures the Forge to be waterproof (IPX7) and preventing internal fogging when moving through extreme changes in temperature.
The protective armour body as well as thumb grips help to protect the body from minor bumps and allows for a slip-resistant grip.
