The Canon 50mm Sumire Prime T1.3 is designed as a manual focus prime lens. Supporting 4K production the lens covers full-frame and Super 35 sensors formats covering centre-to-edge resolution.
The main goal of the Canon 50mm Sumire Prime T1.3 design is to create pleasing facial close-ups of all ages, genders, and ethnicities. This effect is increased as the lens approaches its widest aperture. Featuring an 11-blade irias ring producing beautiful, rounded and pleasing bokeh. The lens barrel features 300° smooth rotation from close focus to infinity, giving you high precision and consistent focus.
The Canon 50mm Sumire Prime T1.3 offers you a nuanced look as approaching the maximum aperture setting. This then provides pleasing human facial close-ups as well as a beautiful bokeh. For high-resolution image reproduction from the centre-to-edge of the image, a large-diameter aspheric and anomalous dispersion glass element can be found. The lens produces warm colour tones that help to softly capture facial expressions, and share a unified colour balance with other Canon Cinema lenses.
