Add-On Applications

The availability of Canon's Add-On Application System makes it possible for you to install additional paid applications directly to your Canon PTZ camera. They can then run without the need for a computer.
The Auto Tracking Application allows the camera to automatically track the speaker or specified individuals during recording. Aided by the high-performance pan and tilt mechanism.
The Auto Loop Application makes it possible for the camera to repeat pan/tilt/zoom movements that are normally performed by camera operators.

Built-In Auto Tracking Lite

The Canon CR-N350 4K NDI PTZ Camera with 20x Zoom also includes a free version of Auto Tracking Lite for smooth and precise auto tracking in a basic configuration. You also have the option to quickly and easily upgrade to the paid version.

NDI HX2 and SRT Open Source

The Canon Color Match application allows you to add additional PTZ cameras to your primary production camera. When using the Canon Color Match application, you can add third-party cameras supporting 1080p HD or UHD 4K.

Webcam Driver

The Canon CR-N350 4K NDI PTZ Camera with 20x Zoom includes the Canon Webcam Driver, enabling you to turn this unit into a super webcam. This driver is a virtual USB driver enabling the CR-N400 to be used as a powerful webcam over a network.
