    The Canon Speedlite EL-5 is built for brilliance and provides professional lighting and performance to match. The flashgun allows you to add sufficient lighting to your subject, making it ideal for portraits, weddings, events and when you want to get all creative.

    The powerful GN60-rated flash offers fast recycle times and long continuous busts, while a power level indicator provides reassurance on the LP-EL Li-ion battery charge, multi-function foot for advanced operation, multi-flash lighting for studio quality shooting - letting you control up to 15 speedlites wirelessly with built-in radio transmitter at up to 30m away and model the lighting all thanks to a Dual White LED with brightness adjustment.

    Note: The Speedlite EL-5 uses the newer multi-function shoe. This is only compatible with select Canon EOS R Series camera bodies:

    The Canon Speedlite EL-5 provides high powered flashes and longer shooting times with a combination of features:

    • Up to 350 full-power flashes on a single charge
    • Able to continuously trigger up to 95 flashes in a row
    • Manual power from 1/1 to 1/1024

    Advanced Control

    The Canon Speedlite EL-5 enables advanced users a revised control scheme and more built-in wireless options, these include:

    • 2.4GHZ wireless radio transmission as sender or receiver for wireless triggering and control of up to 15 flash units from up to 30m away
    • Multi-function shoe enables direct control of settings from compatible cameras
    • Control settings with your smartphone using the Canon Camera Connect app
