    The DJI Mic Mini 2 Two-Person Compact Wireless Microphone System for Camera and Smartphone provides creators with a cost-effective solution for recording with cameras, smartphones, tablets and computers. This is the most complete kit in the DJI Mic Mini Range, where you will find two transmitters, a receiver, a compact charging case and the most important accessories for multi-device workflows.

    The two included transmitters weigh in at about 11 grams without the magnet or magnetic clip. The lightweight and compact form factor makes these transmitters easy to wear, ideal for interviews, vlogging and social content. The omnidirectional polar pattern records 48kHz 24-bit audio with support for voice tone presets, noise reduction, automatic limiting, and safety track recording.

    The latest iteration of the DJI Mic Mini includes expanded audio control, where you have three selectable voice tone presets along with two levels of noise reduction. These all make it possible for you to easily adjust to different recording environments. When recording in unpredictable environments, Automatic Limiting reduces clipping when levels peak.

    The receiver coming with the DJI Mic Mini 2 Two-Person Compact Wireless Microphone System for Camera and Smartphone transmission reaches up to 400m in open, unobstructed and interference-free conditions, while the charging case extends total operating time to 48 hours.

    Magnetic Covers

    The two transmitters included with the DJI Mic Mini 2 Two-Person Compact Wireless Microphone System include magnetic front covers in Obsidian Black and Glaze White as standard. Multi-coloured magnetic covers are available separately.

    Transmitter Design

    The two included transmitters feature an extremely compact and lightweight form factor, measuring 28.58×28.04×13.52mm and only weighing in at about 11g without the clip or magnet. On the back of the body, you will find an attachment point for the included clip and magnet.

    Charging Case Storage

    The included charging case stores both transmitters, one receiver and all accessories. It supports storage of two windscreens, two magnetic clips, two magnets, two magnetic covers or one 3.5mm TRS cable, along with the mobile adapter.
    Note: that only one of the magnets, clip, or cables can be stored in specific sections at a time.

    Wireless Transmission

    The low-cut feature built into the DJI Mic Mini 2 Two-Person Compact Wireless Microphone System transmits audio using a GFSK 2Mbps system on 2.4GHz frequencies. Reaching up to 400 meters in open spaces when used with the included transmitter.

    Audio Capture

    The system records omnidirectional audio with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz and a maximum sound pressure level of 120dB SPL. Equivalent noise is rated at 24dBA. Recording is captured at 48kHz 24-bit for consistent audio capture across a wide dynamic range.

    Voice Tone Presets

    Regular provides a balanced sound, Bright enhances high frequencies, while Rich increases low-frequency presence. One of these three Voice tone presets can be applied to your tonal output.

    Noise Cancellation

    Available to you, you will find two levels of noise reduction.
    Basic Noise reduction reduces low-level background noise. Then Strong reduces a higher level of ambient noise levels. Connected directly to your smartphone, Stron mode is applied by default.

    Automatic Limiting

    Automatic limiting reduces gain when input levels are too high, preventing clipping during recording.

    Safety Track

    Safety Track is one of the upgrades from the predecessor, where a second audio track at -6dB is recorded alongside the main track. This is to have a backup should levels peak unexpectedly.

    Gain Adjustment

    Receiver gain is adjustable across five levels using a physical dial for quick control during recording.

    Low Cut

    The low-cut feature built into the DJI Mic Mini 2 Two-Person Compact Wireless Microphone System is designed to reduce frequencies below 100Hz. This feature is enabled through the DJI Momo App, but is unavailable during direct Bluetooth connection.

    Windscreen

    When using in outdoor environments, you can use the included windscreens to assist in reducing unwanted wind noise.

    OsmoAudio Direct Connection

    Transmitters connect directly to supported DJI devices, including Osmo Pocket 3, Osmo 360, Osmo Nano and Osmo Action 6 without a receiver.

    Battery Performance

    The included transmitters offer up to 11.5 hours of runtime, and the receiver provides up to 10.5 hours.
    With the charge case at full power, it can extend the runtime to up to 48 hours, providing approximately 3.6 recharge cycles.

    Power Management

    The DJI Mic Mini 2 Two-Person Compact Wireless Microphone System supports fast charging that provides about one hour of use on a five-minute charge. To assist in power saving, automatic sleep is supported, along with auto power-off after 15 minutes, as well as camera-synchronised power on/off.

    Bluetooth Connection

    All transmitters support Bluetooth 5.3, allowing for direct smartphone connection. Third-party app recording is also supported.

    Device Compatibility

    The included 3.5 TRS cable is used to connect the receiver to a compatible camera, and it supports smartphones, tablets, and computers. The transmitter is capable of drawing power from a connected device or an external power source.
    To connect the Mic Mini 2 to a device with a Lightning port, a separately available adapter will be required.

    Firmware Updates

    All Firmware and settings on the DJI Mic Mini 2 Two-Person Compact Wireless Microphone System are managed through the DJI Mimo App using USB-C or Bluetooth. The receiver then supports updating two transmitters simultaneously.
