Two Cameras, More Creative Possibilities

The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P combines two dedicated cameras within a pocket-sized body, compared to most compact cameras that rely on digital cropping to simulate different focal lengths.
The one camera is a 20mm equivalent f/2.0 camera, this is to capture expansive landscapes, architecture, and sweeping immersive travel scenes.
While the dedicated 60mm equivalent f/1.8 portrait camera gives you a closer, flatter perspective for portraits, interviews, street photography and product content.

New 1-Inch Sensor for Greater Dynamic Range

The wide-angle camera built into the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P uses the newly developed 1" CMOS sensor with LOFIC technology for capturing up to 17 stops of dynamic range when recording 10-bit D-Log 2 colour profile. This preserves highlight detail in bright skies and shadow information in darker foregrounds, reducing clipped highlights and blocked shadows in high-contrast scenes. The same applies to low-light scenes during sunset, sunrise, city nights and indoor filming.

Dedicated 60mm Portrait Camera

The dedicated 60mm equivalent lens features a wide f/1.8 aperture with 3x optical zoom for a more natural perspective for people, while the larger sensor and image processor preserve highlights and shadow detail.
This makes the 4P very well suited for a variety of applications, from food photography, interviews, product demonstrations and cinematic travel sequences.

Professional Colour and High-Speed Recording

Recording in 10-bit video in DJI's D-Log 2 and HLG colour profiles at bitrates of up to 180Mbps provides you with greater tonal control during post-production and HDR workflows. 4K240fps captures smooth slow-motion footage with notable good quality.
Whether the Pocket 4 P is your primary or the compact B-camera, it integrates seamlessly with larger professional workflows.

10-Bit Colour for Greater Editing Flexibility

By recording in 10-bit colour, you are able to capture one billion colours. This produces smoother tonal transitions than normal 8-bit video.
10-bit colour along with D-Log 2 allows for greater flexibility in adjusting exposure, contrast and colour during editing.

Intelligent Tracking with Mechanical Stabilisation

The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P features a 3-axis mechanical stabilisation system to optically stabilise images to avoid cropping and potential detail loss associated with electronic-only stabilisation. ActiveTrack 8.0 supports people, vehicles, pets and objects across both cameras and throughout the zoom range, with Multi-Person Tracking and Spotlight Follow maintaining accurate framing as subjects move through a scene.
All these technologies work together to produce smooth and well-framed footage while doing everyday activities such as walking, travelling, family activities or just the pets. Gesture Control allows you to control the gimbal from a distance with simple hand gestures to activate ActiveTrack or stop or start recording.

More Than a Video Camera

While the 4P is designed primarily for video, it also captures high-resolution 37MP stills in JPEG or DNG format. You can also capture panoramic images and 4K Live Photo (recording a short video before and after the images are taken. Your photographic capabilities are further expanded with creative modes including Night, Timelapse, Motionlapse and Hyperlapse.

Fast Capture and Workflow

The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P features a built-in storage capacity of approximately 103GB, this means there is no need for the installation of additional memory cards before starting to shoot with your Pocket 4 P. The USB 3.1 transfer speeds ensure transfer rates of up to 800MB/s for faster editing.
