    The Fujifilm XF 500mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR Lens offers the longest prime lens coverage in Fujifilms XF lineup. With the longer reach, you can bring distant subjects like birds and wildlife within reach with sharp, continuous focus with subject separation and blurred background effects.

    The Fujifilm XF 500mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR Lens features a full-frame equivalent of 762mm while still keeping the size and weight to a minimum. This is further assisted by a 5.5-stop optical image stabilisation to match the resolving of X-series 40.2MP sensors. 

    The optical design includes five extra-low dispersion elements and two super extra-low dispersion elements to reduce distortions and colour aberrations found in these lenses. The 21-element, 14-group optical design delivers the sharpness and clarity necessary when shooting with 40.2MP X-series sensors. While a 9-blade rounded diaphragm delivers smooth and rounded bokeh blur.

    The Fujifilm XF 500mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR Lens employ a Linear Motor autofocus system that delivers fast, accurate, and near silent performance that is further enhanced by the subject detection algorithms in the X-series cameras.

    Additionally, the lens includes presets designed to minimize focus times, ideal for stopping quick-moving subjects.

    The Fujifilm XF 500mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR Lens is fully compatible with the optional 1.4x and 2x teleconverters. This is to further boost the reach to 700mm or 1000mm.
