The Leica SL3-P Mirrorless Full-Frame Camera is designed around the newly developed 44MP BSI sensor and the newly designed hybrid autofocus system. This provides a full-frame sensor that delivers the ideal balance of high resolution and exceptional image quality. 

A Dynamic range of up to 14 aperture stops ensures that even the finest gradations are captured. For extremely high-resolution images, the Multishot mode can be used for detailed images of up to 176MP. 

Combining phase detection (PDAF), depth mapping (object detection AF) and contrast mapping AF, the newly developed hybrid autofocus system achieves quick, precise and reliable autofocusing performance. Continuous shooting at up to 40fps is also fully supported by the autofocus system for improved performance with 819 AF points and smart subject recognition.

Aside from the Leica SL3-P Mirrorless Full-Frame Camera being well capable for still applications, it also features notable video performance, featuring recording at resolutions of up to 8K, including 8.1K Open Gate in 3:2 format at up to 30p. HDMI RAW 8K Open Gate and 8K at 30p using the full size of the sensor. For a smooth rendering, you are offered 5.9K recording up to 60 fps, along with detailed slow-motion in 4K at 120p.

The Leica SL3-P Mirrorless Full-Frame Camera features a deliberate minimalist design with black control elements and the removal of the red signature Leica logo. The solid full-metal body ensures maximum stability and reliability. Then, for maximum protection from dust and water splashes this camera body features an IP54 rating.
