    The Leofoto Urban LX-324CT and XB-38 Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit incorporate the best of Leofoto's technology and design to offer a tripod for those who need a centre column. The centre column can be stowed between the legs to ease transport and give the tripod a small folded size. The small and lightweight form factor, coupled with the lightweight XB ballhead makes the Leofoto Urban Series Tripods perfect for those seeking a travel-orientated tripod.

    The Leofoto Urban LX-324CT and XB-38 Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit with a centre column result in a 4 section tripod, extending high enough for a taller person to use and able to fold to a very small size while still light enough to easily travel with.

    Lightweight Apex Design

    The Leofoto Urban LX-324CT and XB-38 Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit features a UNC 1/4" mounting hole for Leofoto AM magic arms, enabling you to add accessories such as LED lights, microphones, and many more. The legs attach via stainless steel hinge shafts and brass bushings to a machined aluminium hinge chassis.

    Center Column

    The centre column includes a ballast hook where weights can be suspended from in windy conditions for more stability. A bag can also be stored there.
    The Center column can also be removed and replaced with the shorter one included for ground floor shooting.

    Reversible Legs

    What sets the Leofoto Urban LX-324CT and XB-38 Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit apart from any other tripods is that the legs can flip 180° upwards, enabling you to store the centre column between the legs, for easy storage. This allows the folded length to be reduced by about 20%.

    Premium Carbon Fiber

    The Leofoto Urban Series uses 10x Layer Cross-Weave Carbon Fiber Tubes. This ensures strength and rigidity, while ensuring class-leading weight specifications. The hinges feature self-returning angle-selectors, a small feature that speeds up operation. All Ranger tripods offer leg angles of 23°, 55°, 85° and 180°.

    Uncomplicated Joints

    All joints feature prominent ribbing for easy and speedy loosening and tightening. Additionally, the Leofoto Urban series features a one-piece -shim. This is to prevent tripod feet from tristing when tightened, and makes it easier to clean and less maintenance.

    Beveled Aluminium Core Feet

    The feet on the Urban Series features feet with an internal aluminium frame the minimises the amount of rubber flex in the construction. This results in multi-angled beveled feet, which helps to grip on uneven terrain. All Leofoto tripods also include a set of spiked feet for shooting on ice or slippery rocks.
