The Manfrotto MHXPRO-BHQ6 XPRO Magnesium Ball Head enables you to fine tune your composition thanks to separate knobs for both the ball and the 360 panning, as well as a friction control knob for more exacting placement. The top lock plate is Arca-Swiss compatible and features an innovative top insertion solution. A numbered scale around the base of the head makes repeating exact pans an easy task.
The XPRO Ball Head is extremely portable, lightweight and reliable thanks to its magnesium body. The tripod ball head weighs only 0.5kg and can support up to 10kg of payload. The Manfrotto XPRO ball head features a triple locking system which guarantees camera position stability, avoiding drifting thanks to three wedges which enclose and block the sphere. Its friction control helps the user balance the weight of camera equipment and, thanks to the two leveling bubbles, fine adjustments can be made with the locking knobs open. New polymer rings have substituted messy grease, ensuring smooth, accurate and less jerky camera movement.
The Manfrotto MHXPRO-BHQ6 comes with a top lock MSQ6PL plate. The plate is Arca-Swiss compatible and features an innovative top insertion solution, rather than from the side, which is faster and easier. When the plate engages with the clamp, it releases a safety mechanism that prevents accidental falls. It is the perfect solution for experienced professionals wanting to feel totally secure, even when using expensive and heavy high-end camera gear.
