16MP BSI CMOS Image Sensor

The Nikon Coolpix P1100 Camera features an 16MP backside-illuminated sensor capable of producing at between ISO100 through to 6400. Furthermore, the newly introduced RAW (.NRW) format is also supported.

125x Optical Zoom with Dual Detect Optical Vibration Reduction

The Nikon Coolpix P1100 Camera allows you to shoot staggering distances with a 125x optical zoom. Featuring a built-in lens with a 35mm equivalent focal length range of 24-3000mm.
250x Dynamic Fine digital zoom allows you to zoom even further, this gives you an equivalent focal length of 6000mm. To accommodate these extreme focal lengths, Nikon Dual Detect Optical Vibration Reduction system is built into the Nikon Coolpix P 1100 Camera. This provides four stops of optical image stabilisation, ideally for when handheld shooting to reduce camera shake.

Video Capabilities

4k UHD video is supported at 30 fps, this coupled with the power of the super-telephoto 3000mm equivalent allows you to capture subjects in beautiful quality over longer distances.
This system supports Clean HDMI output, which cleans the display from image output to an external monitor during recording

Dual Viewing Systems

The rear of the Nikon Coolpix P1100 Camera features a 3.2" vari-angle 921k-dot LCD monitor making it easy to compose and review images and video shots. Also, you will find an eye-level 2.36m-dot electronic viewfinder for a more traditional shooting style.

Shooting Modes

The Nikon Coolpix P 1100 Camera features a variety of shooting modes for different scenarios, these include nightscape, light trails, star trails, and the new fireworks show. Additionally, COOLPIX Picture Control allows adjustments in accordance with the subject, shooting situations, and intentions.

Control Ring and Snapback Button

On the lens barrel you will find a dedicated Snapback button that quickly zooms out in case you lose sight of the subject at long focal lengths, then by releasing the Snapback button you will return to the original position.
Use the control ring at the front of the device for adjusting focus, exposure, white balance, and ISO, all from the lens barrel.

Built-In Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

The Nikon Coolpix P 1100 Camera features significant upgrades, now operating under WPA3-SAE and Bluetooth 5.1.
SnapBrige Technology also supports seamless photo sharing and zoom control can be managed from a computer, smartphone, or tablet using NX Tether, or NX Field.
