Nikon Forestry Pro II Laser Rangefinder

    R 11,295.00

The Nikon Forestry Pro II Laser Rangefinder monocular and 3-point hypsometer is designed for the forestry industry, but it can be applied to industrial and commercial applications.

Featuring an effective range of up to 1600 meters with a return time of just 03 seconds. You will also find internal memory that can store up to 250 measurements for retrieval. Range measurement options include Actual linear distance, taking into account the upward or downward angle to the subject into account. The height of a subject, like a tree or pole, can also be measured using two or three-point geometry.

The Nikon Forestry Pro II Laser Rangefinder monocular displays your ranging distance both in the in-view screen as well as the external LCD display that is backlit for better readability and recording details.

Employing a 6x21 monocular ensures that you range the correct subject without adding excessive weight and bulk. The Nikon Forestry Pro II Laser Rangefinder monocular features a wide field of view, long eye relief and anti-reflection multi-coatings, ensuring bright and clear views with accurate colour rendering and high contrast and clarity.

    Optical Performance

The Nikon Forestry Pro II Laser Rangefinder offers a relatively low 6x magnification, bringing subjects closer, ensuring that you are ranging to the correct target. The 21mm objective lens keeps the overall form factor and weight down, ensuring convenient carrying and handling.
Featuring a wide field of view, long 18mm eye relief and anti-reflection multi-coatings, ensuring bright and clear views with accurate colour rendering and high contrast and clarity. You will also find a comfortable 3.5mm exit pupil.

    Rangefinder Details

The Nikon Forestry Pro II Laser Rangefinder features viewing options through the in-view and the external LCD display that is ideal for cataloguing and logging readings in the field. The infrared (IR) laser is a class 1M eye-safe laser.

    Rangefinder Functions

Range measurement options include Actual linear distance, taking into account the upward or downward angle to the subject into account. The height of a subject, like a tree or pole, can also be measured using two or three-point geometry.
With internal memory, you are able to log up to 250 measurement results, and you have approximately a 0.3-second metering time on the internal display. Using the Target Priority Switch System, you have First Target Priority Mode to measure the closest subject in the frame, or Distant Target Priority Mode to measure the farthest subject.

    Construction

The Nikon Forestry Pro II Laser Rangefinder features a lightweight and compact form factor for easy and convenient carrying in the field.
The lens barrel is nitrogen-filled, resisting internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes with a wide operating temperature range, along with an IPX7-rated body and IPX4-rated battery compartment.
