    The Nikon PC 19mm f/4E ED is a wide angle tilt shift lens designed for perspective, distortion, and focus/depth of field control in architectural and landscape shooting. For the first time with a NIKKOR PC lens, the direction of tilt operation can be made parallel or perpendicular to shift, allowing you to control perspective, focus and depth of field like never before. Tilt to create scenes with selective defocus (miniature effect) or sharp focus throughout the scene.

    90 rotation capability

    The Nikon PC 19mm f/4E ED lens can be tilted and shifted independently and then rotated up to 90. Tilt to control the plane of focus, and shift to control perspective or to create panoramas. Shift operation no longer requires locking and unlocking therefore making adjustments smooth and seamless.


    Super-wide 19mm focal length

    With a wide 19mm focal length this is the widest lens in the Nikon PC/PC-E range. The wide focal length makes this lens suitable for even the biggest interiors, buildings, or even the most vast landscapes.


    Fluorine coat

    The front element of the lens features a protective fluorine coat. This highly durable coat effectively repels dust, water, grease (oil), fingerprints, and dirt. Additionally the coat has superior anti-reflection characteristics that greatly reduces the chances of ghosting and/or flaring.


    Nano Crystal coat

    The Nano Crystal coat is an anti-reflective coating developed by Nikon that eliminates internal reflections across a wide range of wavelengths. the coat uses ultrafine, nano-sized crystal particles to eliminate reflections inside the lens throughout the spectrum of visible light waves in ways that far exceed the limits of conventional anti-reflection coating systems. Nano Crystal Coat not only solves ghost effects caused by red light, which was incredibly difficult for previous systems. It also effectively reduces ghost and flare effects caused by light entering the lens diagonally.


    Electromagnetic diaphragm mechanism

    During high-speed continuous shooting the lens' electromagnetic diaphragm syncs with the camera shutter for remarkably consistent exposure.
