24.5MP FX-Format BSI CMOS Sensor

The Nikon Zf Mirrorless Camera Body features a 24.5MP BSI CMOS sensor that realises impressive low-light image quality, fast readout speeds and continuous shooting, recording, and time-lapse recording.
With a back-illuminated sensor design, you will be able to produce a clean high-sensitivity output, realising reduced noise when working at higher ISO values.

EXPEED 7 Image Processor

Along with the sensor, you will have an advanced processing engine built in, the EXPEED 7 Image Processor. In conjunction with the sensor design, it realises notably fast autofocus performance, burst shooting rates, a high buffer capacity, excellent video performance, and quick handling performance all round.

UHD 4K Recording

Following the high-end photo capabilities, the Nikon Z-f provide a variety of frame rates and resolutions for any video need. Oversampled from 6K, UHD 4K video recording is possible with full pixel readout up to 30p, and Full HD 1080p video recording is also supported up to 120p for slow motion playback.

Fast and Intelligent AF

Long with utilising deep learning technology, automatic Subject Detection in the Nikon Zf Mirrorless Camera Body is able to recognise nine distinct subject types.
This advanced autofocus system automatically detects subjects, focuses on them, and then tracks them across the frame. Furthermore, 3D Tracking locks onto fast-moving, erratically-moving subjects moving parallel and perpendicular to the camera.

Vibration Reduction

The Nikon Zf Mirrorless Camera Body features an in-body 5-axis sensor-shift Vibration Reduction that compensates for up to 8 stops of camera shake paired with Nikon Z-Mount Lenses. This allows you to slow shutter speed down to 8.0 stops slower than what would normally be possible without causing image blur.

Body Design

The aluminium dials with engraved markings and mechanical control for shutter speed, ISO, and exposure compensation. Using the shutter speed dial, 1/8000 to 4-second shutter speeds are available, as are bulb, time, and flash sync.
The Nikon Zf Mirrorless Camera Body features a large 3.2" vari-angle touchscreen offering bright and clear image playback and live viewing. The vari-angle function offers you the ability to work from different angles, whether you are working from high to low angles. Then the touchscreen enables operation, navigation, and setting control. Now with the new Touch Fn function, you are able to use the touchscreen to move focus points, select a subject to track and toggle between display modes, all while using the viewfinder.
The Pre-Release capture mode records up to 30 JPEGS one second before the shutter is released. The body of the Nikon Z f Mirrorless Camera Body also features a dedicated switch where you can toggle between real-time colour and black-and-white capture.
The Nikon Z f features dual memory card slots for flexible file management, one SD and one microSD slot. The body features a robust magnesium alloy chassis and features both dust and weather resistance, allowing for work in inclement weather conditions.
