    The NiSi 75 x 100mm Nano Soft-Edge Graduated IRND 0.9 Filter (3-Stop) is compatible with filter holders capable of holding 75mm wide filters with a thickness of 2mm. Designed to darken specific areas of an image such as bright skies while still allowing normal unaffected exposure to the rest of the image.

    An soft-edge filter with neutral density is easily able to filter the sky and minimise the effect on the ground. This makes it ideal for settings where the transition between the sky and foreground is indeterminate, such as with fog, mist or even on top of trees.

    The NiSi 75 x 100mm Nano Soft-Edge Graduated IRND 0.9 Filter (3-Stop) features a  layer of NiSi Optical Nano Coating is applied to all surfaces of the filter, with this coating applied it is easier to clean your filter and an improved beading effect will be seen when in contact with oil or water.

    • Compatible with filter holders that can accommodate 75mm wide, 2mm thick filters
    • Darkens bright areas of an image, such as skies, while leaving the remainder of the frame unaffected
    • Provides up to a 3-stop reduction of light in selective areas
    • Soft-edged line of transition between the dense and clear areas
    • Useful for images where the transition between sky and foreground is indeterminate, such as images featuring mist, fog, or the tops of trees
    • Filter does not affect the overall colouration of the image
      • Each surface includes one layer of NiSi Optical Nano Coating that attenuates infrared light as well as visible wavelengths to maintain colour neutrality and suppress colour casts due to increased exposure times
    • Nano coating provides an improved beading effect with water or oil for more efficient cleaning
