Emrhys Stead is a professional videographer with a practical, creative approach to crafting cinematic images. His work combines light, colour and composition to create depth, atmosphere and visual impact.

For this ORMS × Godox workshop, Emrhys brings that working perspective into the studio, explaining the core concepts behind cinematic lighting and demonstrating how to put them into practice. From direction and quality of light to contrast, colour and depth, each concept will be illustrated through practical lighting demonstrations as he transforms a simple set into a cinematic scene.

Attendees will gain an understanding of both how to build a lighting setup and why each creative decision matters, with techniques they can apply to their own video projects.
