Powerful 500W flash

The Profoto B1X flash features a max power rating of 500w at full power, making it up to 10 times more powerful than an average flashgun/speedlight. The battery pack's Li-Ion battery can be charged in or out of the pack and will give up to 325 full-power flashes.

Full TTL functionality

Pair the the Profoto B1X with an air TTL remote and the kit will features full TTL metering, enabling the head to automatically change flash output, simply point, shoot, and get correctly exposed pictures.

Fast Flash durations and High Speed Sync

The Profoto B1X features a full fast flash duration range of 1/1,000 - 1/19,000 Sec. and features both HSS (Canon) and FP-sync (Nikon) compatibility (air TTL remote required) to enable the flash head to be triggered at a flash sync speed of up to 1/8000 Sec.

Profoto doesnt do complicated. The B1X is a fully cordless light with few simple, intuitive controls and a large easy-to-read LED display. So instead of tripping over cables or fiddling with sub menus or user manuals, you can focus on being creative. Sometimes less is more.

Shape light in broad daylight with HSS

With Profoto High-Speed Sync (HSS) it doesnt matter how bright the sun shines. It enables you to use your flash at shutter speeds up to 1/8,000s. So you can overpower the sun and shape your light even with large apertures in broad daylight.

Modeling light with power and quality

A powerful 24W LED (Output equivalent to 130W Halogen) modeling light enables you to preview your shot and evaluate how light and shadows falls on the subject. The power and quality of the modelling light also makes it very useful as main or fill light in low light situations.
