The Rode NTK Valve 1" Condenser Microphone is designed for notable quality vocal or instrument recording. A large-diaphragm condenser microphone that employs Class-A valve circuity resulting in a warm sonic character. The capsule in the Rode NTK Valve 1" Condenser Microphone features a mylar dual-diaphragm, sputtered in gold, this is to provide transparent signal reproduction and wide frequency responses.
The NTK features a hand-selected and graded 6922 twin-triode valve that comprises the core of the NTK's circuitry, this provides an analogue "warmth" and presents meeting the needs of professional engineers. Additionally, with a Mu-Metal transformer developed by Jensen, the result is quiet, noise-free output at high-gain levels.
Tube Circuitry
The Rode NTK features the 6922 twin-triode valves at the heart of its circuitry. The result is a warm sonic character similar to that found in higher-priced tube microphones.
Quality Transformer Design
The custom-designed, Jensen Mu-metal transformer provides a low-noise, high-gain signal path on output.
