    For a complete HD studio, the Roland VR-4HD AV Mixer is the perfect system that replaces several different pieces of complex A/V equipment, specifically designed to be operated by a single person. The VR-4HD AV Mixer enables easy switching and mixing of sound and video when using advanced video and audio Digital Signal Processing along with the dedicated hardware controls, faders, buttons and touchscreen interface. The beauty of the Roland VR-4HD AV Mixer is that it integrates a video switcher, digital audio mixer, multi-viewer touch screen and USB video/audio streaming interface into a stand-alone device - which is perfect for sports, training sessions, corporate events and any other live event.



    Easy Operation to Achieve Professional Results

    With professional quality broadcast controls and switches on the Roland VR-4HD AV Mixer, it definitely ensures accurate and a much faster operation than interfaces based on a computer style mouse and keyboard. You can simultaneously switch video with a simple push of a button and adjust audio with the push of a fader. It also features a multi-view screen that is touchscreen – giving you all the access to set-up-parameters and provides a better workflow, especially for monitoring purposes.

    Video

    The Roland VR-4HD is equipped with three dedicated HDMI input connectors, being compatible with a variety of equipment, and also supports up to 1080p/1080i/720p in video resolution. The scaler is included with the fourth input in order to support both video and PC resolutions, and even analog RGB and component input so that older devices can be used as sources without additional external conversion equipment.

    Compositing Effects

    Add different kinds of effects to your video output such as overlaying titles, song lyrics or logos onto incoming video sources that can be switched in the background with the Downstream Keying. It also supports both Luminance (Black/White) and Chroma Keying which – allowing you to use Blue or Green screen; Picture-in-Picture, Split and Quad compositing effects which is perfect for corporate presentation content and creating news style broadcasts.

    Audio

    With Roland’s award winning digital signal processing and advanced features, the Roland VR-4HD AV Mixer is designed to deliver great sounding audio for video productions, as it features auto-mixing, echo cancel and delay for perfect lip-sync between audio and video. Additionally, The Roland VR-4HD’s audio mixer can mix the four individual XLR microphone inputs, stereo RCA and 1/8 mini connector along with the audio embedded in the four HDMI inputs.

    Remote Control

    Control your Roland VR-4HD AV Mixer via the VR-4HD RCS software on a computer. This allows you to copy settings (backup) or update the system firmware of your Roland VR-4HD AV Mixer. In addition, it can also be operated remotely from a computer, touch panel, or an external control device via the RS-232C signal.
