The SmallRig 5-Section Aluminum Alloy Monopod with Fluid Head is a compact fluid head monopod for videographers who need steady support and smooth pans while staying mobile. With five leg sections, it folds down to just 64 cm, making it easy to pack for travel, yet it supports loads up to 8 kg.

The lever-lock legs extend to a working height of 170 cm, and the whole monopod weighs about 1.8 kg thanks to its aluminium alloy construction. On top, a damped fluid head delivers controlled panning, with a preset counterbalance for cameras and rigs up to 4 kg and a head payload of 6 kg.

A twist of the base locking knob switches between 360° panning and a fixed mode, so you can follow action or lock off a shot in seconds. The snap-on quick-release mount works faster than slide-on designs and accepts DJI RS series and 501PL quick-release plates, switch between gimbal and monopod shooting with the same plate.
