The SmallRig Cage for Sony Alpha 1 II / Alpha 9 III is a camera cage engineered for wildlife photographers, built to keep long-lens set-ups steady and secure. Three-point locking, using a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and two side screws, prevents the camera from twisting in the cage, while built-in pads protect it from scratches.

Its standout feature of the SmallRig Cage for Sony Alpha 1 II / Alpha 9 III is the integrated teleconverter support. It works with Sony FE 1.4x and 2.0x teleconverters, taking strain off the lens mount so your shots at long focal lengths stay stable.

You can build out with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes for top handles, side handles, monitor mounts, power bank holders and mini V-mount battery plates. A HawkLock quick-release NATO rail on the left takes side handles in seconds, alongside a cold shoe, a strap slot and a QD socket.
