The SmallRig Horizontal-to-Vertical Mount Plate Kit for Mirrorless Cameras lets you switch your camera between horizontal and vertical shooting in seconds without shifting the lens optical axis, so your framing and tripod position stay put. It's a quick way to capture both landscape and portrait content with one setup.
A 90° swivel with a built-in limit rotates the camera precisely, with no need to take it off the mount. Built-in pads prevent scratches and twisting, and you keep full access to the flip screen, battery door, card slot and ports. The modular design includes a quick-release lens collar support for convenient storage.
Mount the camera body directly to the SmallRig Horizontal-to-Vertical Mount Plate Kit for Mirrorless Cameras using the included anti-twist Arca-Swiss quick release plate, or slide a caged camera straight in. Underneath, an Arca-Swiss plate plus 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes accept other quick release plates, and a magnetic dual-head wrench is stored in the baseplate. Maximum load is 3 kg, and in horizontal mode the mount may get in the way of the lens aperture ring and AF/MF buttons.
