The SmallRig RA-L65 Lantern Softbox is a 65 cm lantern softbox for Bowens mount lights that spreads soft, even light all around, giving you large-scale, uniform soft light from a single source. Its 270° beam angle and high-reflective coating create a spherical glow.
Installation is quick, the diffuser and frame are combined into one, and you can set it up or take it down in about 3 seconds. Hook-and-loop fasteners hold the ribs, fabric and skirt securely so nothing shifts, and a longer, wider bottom hook helps you position it correctly the first time.
The included black skirt has four panels you can open or close to block and shape light, giving you more layout options for different scenes. Twelve stainless steel ribs made from military umbrella-grade material are light, tough and heat-resistant, and the fabric is easy to clean.
At 65 cm across, 56 cm deep and about 1.35 kg, it's light and doesn't take up much space. The SmallRig RA-L65 Lantern Softbox fits SmallRig RC 120D, RC 120B, RC 220D and RC 220B lights and other Bowens mount lights.
