    The SMDV Speedbox Mega-Deep 130 is ideal for portraiture and fashion work, this 24-sided modifier is a soft and focused light that creates a sharp and detailed edge. The SMDV Mega Speedbox lends dimension and detail to a subject profile as well creating a neutral-looking catch light in their eyes.

    The SMDV Speedbox Mega-Deep 130 offers a unique parabolic design and a depth that provides significant falloff on the edges, more pronounced directional control, decreased spill light, as well as easy feathering.

    For more control, the Mega comes with an inner and outer diffuser, there is also an optional grid available to further narrow your light throw.

    Main Features

    The SMDV Speedbox Mega-Deep 130 makes it possible to create high-contrast light using soft light or large reflectors to make a subject appear more lively or mysterious.
    The inner and outer diffusers can be attached and removed depending on the contrast and exposure required, offering optimal use for indoor and outdoor environments.
    Setup and closing are made easy in just a couple of minutes with its patented mechanism.

    Diffusers

    Two diffusers are included in the box, an inner diffuser as well as an outer diffuser, these can be used to soften and distribute the light.

    Waterproof Fabrics

    The material of the speed box impresses with its increased moisture and air resistance.
    This prevents the deformation of the fabric, allows the light to pass evenly and extends the service life.

    Non-Fluorescent Material

    The SMDV Speedbox Mega is made from non-fluorescent fabrics designed to avoid colour distortion. In the construction process, no blue dye is added to make the material whiter than in conventional softboxes. Not adding dye prevents colour distortion and increases the quality of light passing through the speedbox.

    Simple Grid Attachment

    The SMDV Speedbox Mega-Deep 130 features an edge line velcro system also designed in such a way to further save set-up time. The velcro is attached to the edge of the Speedbox and the grid can be inserted there. NOTE: Grid not included.
