The Sony Alpha A7 V Mirrorless Camera with FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS II Lens is not afraid to punch above its weight class with strong hybrid capabilities with notable photo performance, and strong video recording capabilities. Above the photo and video performance, you will find many of the latest AI-based subject detection and autofocus technologies borrowed from its flagship siblings. 

The Sony Alpha A7V Mirrorless Camera features a 33MP Exmor RS CMOS sensor offering fast readout speeds and reduced rolling shutter compared to the predecessor. The new BIONZ XR2 processor incorporates an AI unit for enhanced autofocus.

The built-in 5-axis in-body image stabilisation system (IBIS) compensates for up to 7.5 stops of camera shake at the middle of the frame and 6.5 stops at the periphery. Additionally, when recording video, Dynamic Active Stabilisation adds substantial electronic correction on top of the IBIS for a more stable video footage while running, walking, or handheld tracking shots.

Autofocus performance in the Sony Alpha7 V Mirrorless Camera is one of the key areas of improvement over its predecessors. Phase-detection AF itself still comprises 759 points, which covers about 94% of the sensor area, and supports focusing down to -4 EV. The AI processing unit and refined subject detection tracking also assist in subject tracking and detection, which is up to 50% faster than the predecessor.

The Sony Alpha A7 V Mirrorless Camera, while making use of the high-resolution sensor, is capable of recording UHD 4K60p XAVC HS 10-bit using the full width of the sensor, offering 7K full pixel readout for impressive sharpness and realism. If using a Super 35 crop, high-speed recording is possible at up to UHD 4K 120p or FHD 240p for slow-motion playback.

A 4-Axis Mult-iAngle LCD with a more functional design will be found on the rear of the A7 Mark 5. With a 4-axis multi-angle design, you get the best of both a tilt and side opening for vari angles. An impressive Quad VGA OLED EVF features a 3.68m-dot resolution and 0.78x magnification for bright, clear, and detailed eye-level viewing.

For flexible saving and handling, you will find a dual card slot design with space for both a CFexpress Type A/SD UHS-II dual slot, as well as an additional SD UHS-II card slot. Your a7 V is powered by an NP-FZ100 battery that will provide up to 630 shots per charge when using the EVF, and about 750 shots when the LCD is used.

The Sony FE 28-70mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS II Lens is your ideal everyday standard zoom full-frame lens. It covers a useful wide-angle to portrait-length all in a compact and lightweight form factor.

  1. The products must still be in their original condition and packaging and you may not have used them at all.
  2. The return is done so at the expense of the customer, who will cover all courier fees involved. This will be deducted from the product purchase price if a refund is required.
  3. For an exchange, the client is liable for the courier fee for both the return and resending of the new replacement item.
  4. The products are re-parcelled in a suitable cardboard box and sealed properly for the return journey. Please remember to put a copy of your invoice in the box.

  4. Once the parcel has been received and inspected, we'll contact you immediately to verify that we have received the parcel. We will then go ahead with the refund or exchange.
  5. If the order was paid by credit card, then we will refund your credit card straight away. If you paid by EFT, then we will request your banking details and pass this on to our accountant who will do the direct deposit. Refunds typical take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.
