The Zhiyun SMOOTH-Q5 Ultra Smartphone Stabiliser Combo Kit has been overhauled for durability, smoother movement, fast mode-switching, and AI remote control. Some features that have been kept from the predecessor include the built-in selfie stick, fast mode switching, and gesture control. Adding voice control and a detachable remote controller, and adding an AI tracking module.
The AI tracking module that simply clips onto the smartphone clamp of the Zhiyun SMOOTH-Q5 Ultra allows for long-range, hands-free solo recording and precise target recognition and tracking capabilities.
The detachable remote controller includes all the controls found on the gimbal handle, but allows for control from up to meters away. There is a built-in battery in the handle that can provide power for up to 13.5 hours and up to 5.5 hours with the built-in fill light on. The battery is recharged using a single USB-C input that can charge the battery in about 2 hours.
Updated Form Factor
The Zhiyun SMOOTH-Q5 Ultra Smartphone Stabiliser Combo Kit can be operated with only one hand, thanks to the improved onboard controls and algorithms. The high torque motors are easily capable of accommodating most smartphone sizes. The physical body featurs new scratch- and stain-resistant finish that has been redesigned for a more comfortable grip.
Ultracompact, Folding Design
Your SMOOTH-Q5 is compact enough when folded to fit right into your pocket. It can be quickly folded and unfolded without any adjustments to be made.
Built-In Fill Light
The built-in filllight features a brightness of up to 226 lux output. This is to illuminate dim environments to make your content creation easier.
AI Tracking Module
The Zhiyun SMOOTH-Q5 Ultra Kit includes a Ai tracking module that provides long-range, hands-free solo recording, tracking and target recognition to track your target as well as multiple remote commands. Some additional gestures have been added to control tracking, trigger photo/video start/stop, and to customise framing and tracking.
Motion Sensing Control
The gimbal can start shooting photos or videos by directing simple hand gestures toward the camera or by waving the remote for different movement choices.
ZY CAMI Smartphone App
By using the free-to-download ZY CAMI Smartphone App for both Android and iOS compatible smartphones. The App features multiple templates, editing tools, and control functions.
